How to Fix the” We’re getting things ready Office” Error?

Many users report that when they try to install a new Office 365 version, they occasionally get stuck on the “We’re getting things ready” screen. This normally occurs if you did not install your previous Office 365 files properly or activated Office 365 Home Subscription and clicked the page’s install button. After that, they downloaded a .exe file, and so they clicked it. Then an orange box popped up saying, “We’re getting things ready,” and it has been like this takes 30 minutes. The same error may occur if your Office files got corrupted or you accidentally deleted some of them.
